This post was created for the Kevin’s Natural Foods recipe challenge; however, the opinions are my own. #ad
Instant Pot Teriyaki Steak Tips is a fast and simple weeknight meal that is gluten-free, as well as Paleo-, Keto- and kid-friendly!
Hey, friends! Gosh, it’s sure been awhile. The past several months have been unique (the nice way to put it) and challenging (the negative Nancy way to put it–but I know you can probably relate). Between transitioning to working from home, never-ending changes with kids’ school, and all the other unexpected things that have come up recently, finding time to prepare delicious and healthy meals for my family at home has been difficult. And that makes me super sad, considering cooking and “rattling the pots and pans” is my release—my happy place.
So when an amazing and healthy dinner hack comes along, I am ON BOARD. That fateful day when I was invited to participate in the Kevin’s Natural Foods “Eat Clean. Live Happy. Blogger Recipe Challenge” is one that will go down in delightful dinner history for me. Because without it, these Instant Pot Teriyaki Steak Tips wouldn’t exist. Friends, this ridiculously simple yet amazingly delicious recipe is perfect for busy weeknights and sure to become a go-to for you and your family. First, let me introduce you to these incredible sauces.
They all look insanely yummy, right?! It was hard to choose just three (I mean, check out this variety on the Kevin’s Natural Foods website). Each and every one of the sauces is made with no preservatives and is certified Keto, Paleo, Gluten Free, Non-GMO verified, and refined sugar free. So they’re a great choice for any diet!
And these Instant Pot Teriyaki Steak Tips are Keto- and Paleo-friendly, as well as gluten-free. Now, remember how I said this recipe is ridiculously simple? Let me show you how easy it is to whip up. First, grab your four ingredients. Yep, you read it right—FOUR (and one is optional 😯): olive oil, cubed top sirloin (or you can use stew meat), chopped green onions, and a packet of Kevin’s Natural Foods Teriyaki Sauce.
Set your instant pot to saute. Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and wait for it to heat up. Add your steak tips.
Saute the steak tips until evenly browned, about 3-5 minutes, and then push Cancel on the Instant Pot. Pour in your Kevin’s Natural Foods Teriyaki Sauce.
Lock the Instant Pot lid and make sure it’s set to “Sealing.” Select the “Pressure Cook” option on your Instant Pot and set it to cook for 11 minutes. When the time is up, let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes. Then, quick release by turning the valve to “Venting.” Once venting is complete, open the lid and voila! Your Instant Pot Teriyaki Steak Tips are ready to serve. For a Keto and Paleo-friendly option, serve them with cauliflower rice. Divide them into four bowls, top them with your green onions, and you’re done! See what I mean? Quick and easy! You’ve spent less time in the kitchen so you can spend more time holiday shopping, binging your favorite show, or relaxing in a luxurious bubble bath. You’re welcome!
