Packed with Rice Krispies, Cocoa Puffs, strawberry marshmallows, and mini marshmallows, these Neapolitan Rice Krispie Treats are the perfect Valentine’s Day indulgence!
Ahh Valentine’s Day. People either love it or hate it. I love/hate all the yummy heart-shaped treats you can find this time of year (anyone else have a cherry hearts weakness?). But I hate the crazy waits at restaurants on Valentine’s Day. So the hubs and I have decided to enjoy an elegant home-cooked meal for V Day this year. What are your plans?
Another thing I plan to do? Make another batch of these chewy and yummy Neapolitan Rice Krispie Treats. The idea came to me when I saw strawberry marshmallows at the grocery store and remembered I had a big box of Cocoa Puffs (my daughter’s favorite) at home. And I remembered how much I love Neapolitan anything. These babies are chock full of fluffy strawberry marshmallows, mini marshmallows, Rice Krispie cereal, and Cocoa Puffs for a delicious strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate combo in cute, perfect-for-your-sweetie Valetine’s Day treats. Sprinkle with your favorite sprinkles or dallies and you’re ready for the big day. XOXOXO!

Rice krispies are one of my favourite treats. I don’t think I would share this tray with anyone else!
