When the weather gets warm, we like to make a trip up to the mountains to hike, breathe in some crisp, fresh air, and enjoy preparing and eating campfire meals as a family. But of course, no campfire should ever be lit without the intent to make s’mores. In my opinion, there is no better dessert on the planet. Crispy, honey-flavored graham crackers, fluffy, gooey, roasted marshmallows, and melty, decadent chocolate combine to create the major reason I ever agree to go camping. As far as I’m concerned, s’mores should be considered a food group when you’re out in the wilderness. But since I don’t live out in the wilderness, I like to look for other ways to enjoy my favorite dessert on a regular basis. In fact, you can find a ton of fun ways to enjoy s’mores here.
Now that the weather is warm and perfect for outdoor parties, grilling is our primary method of cooking. We have a pool in our backyard and so during the summer months, we have family BBQs at least twice a month. That’s why I created this Grilled Salted Caramel S’mores Pizza. I’ve grilled many savory pizzas in the past and was excited about the idea of creating a sweet version that featured my all-time favorite dessert. Then I could have s’mores any day of the week and a quick dessert solution for our summer BBQs. The best part is these Grilled Salted Caramel S’mores Pizzas take 10 minutes to make, from start to finish, for a super quick and super yummy summer dessert everyone will love. Ooey gooey Kraft Jet Puffed mini marshmallows meet delicious Hershey’s milk chocolate chunks and crushed Honey Maid graham crackers on a mini pizza crust for a fun grilled dessert that’s perfect for summer cookouts.
Making these Grilled Salted Caramel S’mores Pizzas is truly a snap. I bought all the ingredients I needed at Walmart, where I easily found what I needed to make the perfect s’more in their s’mores display featuring Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars, Honey Maid Graham Crackers, and Kraft Jet Puffed Marshmallows.
Start with your s’mores ingredients and Hershey’s caramel syrup.
You’ll need one Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bar, 1/2 a full graham cracker, and 3/4 cup of marshmallows for each s’mores mini pizza. Start by sprinkling the chocolate chunks onto your mini pizza crust.
Then sprinkle your graham cracker crumbs over the chocolate.
Follow that with your marshmallows.
Throw your pizzas on the grill and grill them for 8-9 minutes.
Then drizzle them with the caramel sauce.
Sprinkle with a little kosher salt.
And you have the perfect quick and easy dessert for your summer party.

How could I make these if I don’t have a grill? Would baking work?
Erin says
Hey, Dawn. Yes, baking would work fine. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees, place your pizzas on a cookie sheet, and bake for about 8 minutes. If the marshmallows aren’t browned to your liking by that point, you can broil the pizzas for a bit. Just watch them closely so they don’t burn! Thanks for visiting!
